The Nimb building is located in the Tivoli Gardens and was constructed in the 1840s, the same time as the entertainment park. After extensive renovation, Nimb reopened in 2008 as a gastronomic bastion. Today, Nimb houses several restaurants, a bar, a wine cellar and a delicatessen with its own dairy, bakery and chocolate production as well as a small, exclusive world-class hotel.
The hotel bar is located in the old, high-ceilinged ball room, where wide and up to 10 metre long Douglas planks are a perfect match for the grandiose setting with the crystal chandelier, the fireplace and Cathrine Raben Davidsen’s murals. The individually designed hotel rooms feature solid oak planks, which contribute to an atmosphere that is both intimate and luxurious.
