The original iconic style has been preserved, but today, the top floor boasts an inviting open combined kitchen and living space, which has become the heart of the home. The all-white interior lets the owners’ passion for paintings come to the foreground.
The addition of the new dimension has created walls and ceilings that form a graphic interplay of light and shadows, while the art brings all the colours of the world into the ample space. Dinesen oak floors in a classic variant bring a warm, harmonious and understated expression to the interior.
Large sliding doors in glass form the long side of the extension. In addition to being a beautiful touch that floods the upstairs space with light, the glass wall also draws in the natural scenery of the back garden and lets the owners follow the changing seasons throughout the year.
