Driven by a passion to create an experience around the clean, bright flavours of Norway, using entirely organic, biodynamic, or wild produce, Holmboe Bang’s culinary style awarded him 3 Michelin stars in 2016.
With the new Maaemo, Esben Holmboe Bang has left his 3 stars behind and has set on a new course.
The interior architects from Radius design and designers Bielke & Yang oversaw the design and expression of the new space and Dinesen is proud to be a part of the interior.
When creating a space with warmth and with sustainability in mind, Dinesen HeartOak floors were chosen. A beautiful symbiosis as tradition and craft define both art forms.
“The architecture consists of very few materials that are honest, solid natural materials that require precision in craftsmanship. We wanted to create a visual expression that will serve as a subtle backdrop for the art that Maaemo performs on the premises.”
