The exterior changes in design integrated a new garden extension to the C-Listed building in the picturesque seaside town. The work also provided a new library, kitchen, larder and dining space alongside a utility room and bathroom.
The waves are crashing on the shore right outside the window of The Sand House, and the rhythm of the sea offers its residents a meditative experience.
